One of Benjamin Thomas and Sarah
Jane (Hensley) Aubrey's five sons, all born in Henry County,
who volunteered for service in World War I. Pictured is Clarence
"Joe" Aubrey. While Bishop Aubrey and his brother,
Jess, both served, neither left the states. Brother Dee was never
