Each month, The Kentucky
Explorer magazine receives literally scores of letters from
our faithful readers. Among those letters we often find queries,
ranging from requests for words to songs and poems to trying
to locate former classmates and military buddies of long ago.

Wanted On
Former Classmates
Dear Editor:
I would like to know where Aileen Stacy, Bobby Joyce Rogers,
and Maxine Roberts are living now.
I graduated with them from M. C. Napier High School in 1953.
Any help would be appreciated.

Durbin School Reunion Set
Dear Editor:
I am seeking information on the Clarence Tipton children who
once lived at Pryse, Estill County, Kentucky.
A reunion is being planned this summer for the old Durbin School
in Estill County. Past students, teachers, and any relatives
who are interested in attending are urged to contact me.
Also, I would like copies of group pictures of students of the
Beattyville Grade School from 1935 to 1945. I will gladly pay
any expense.

Who Offered
Burning Bush Seeds
Dear Editor:
I enjoy The Kentucky Explorer so much. The March 2008 issue arrived
one day before the big ice storm. I enjoyed reading each page.
I would like to ask the person who was offering old-time "burning
bush" seeds in the March issue to please contact me.
I let someone have my magazine, and I failed to write down the
address.
