Harlan Kinney tramming
coal from inside the Wheelwright Mine, enroute to the Price Tipple,
in 1961. Harlan worked at Wheelwright from January 1939 to October
1971. He served overseas in Europe, during WWII, with the Army
from 1942-45. He died December 18, 1998. (Photo taken by co-worker
